  • I can't download this software during upgrade!

    Try to use any download accelerator like FlashGet, ReGet etc.

  • I would like to use Collection Studio between 2 computers: my home computer and my laptop when I travel. What is the best way to do this?

    The best way is to probably use a removable media device (ZIP Drive 250MB, etc.). Install Collection Studio on both computers and use removable media device as a storage device of your Collection Studio Document (file with .col extension).

  • How can I save the changes while the program is running?

    The changes are saved automatically.

  • What happens to the information in the unregistered software if trial period has expired?

    All the information remains. After the trial period has expired, you will be able to continue working with the program only when you register it and get the registration key. Elsewhere you'll be able only to view/export your collection information but not to save changes in it (add new items, modify items, delete items etc).

  • If I purchase the program, will I be able to change it in case I have some suggestions?

    We are always ready to listen to any suggestions and comments on the program. But your ideas will be realized only if they are truly useful and necessary from the authors' point of view.

  • Does Collection Studio contain any adware or spyware?

    Collection Studio does not contain adware or spyware.

  • Where can I report bugs to?

    You can send the information about the obtained problems or your wishes from the form on the official website in the section "Contact". See "Support" help-page for more details.

  • I have my new countries inserted, how can I use flag for them?

    When you have added one or several countries into your collection document, you can easy setup flag for them. In this case, you should add a new line into the [install dir]\Flags\Icons_CountryFlags.ini for corresponding flag with new name (alias) and restart the Studio.

  • I can't open my collection with double click!

    If you can't open collection file using file association you should update it on your pc. Here there is step-by-step instruction how to do this:

    1. Start Collection Studio;
    2. Open "Settings" window;
    3. Select "File Association" tab;
    4. Press "Remove association" button in order to clean up broken association;
    5. Press "Create association" button;
    6. Start your collection.
  • Is there the CollectionStudio version running under DOS, Mac OS, Linux or UNIX?

    CollectionStudio supports Microsoft Windows systems only.

    On www.collectionstudio.com/online/ there is an online version of the Collection Studio, you can try it!
