Before contacting us, please take the following steps:

  • Look through the Help file: it may already contain an answer to your question. You can find the Help file in the same folder as the program in your Start menu.
  • Check the version of your product. If you do not have the latest one, please go to our download page and install the current release. For unlocking it you can use your prior Registration Info.

If it doesn't help, you should inform us about the following:

  • Your order ID (if you're a registered user).
  • Program name and version (from "About" dialog).
  • Windows version, US or international.
  • General information about computer' hardware: CPU type and speed, installed memory.
  • Full description of the error or fault that occurred, the process that you were doing and the resulting message plus any other information you feel is relevant (as much information as possible to describe the problem).

Recover Registration Code

If you have lost your registration code or find that your current code can't unlock an upgrade version, then you can have your code sent again by filling in the form below. You should use the same email address with which you originally placed your order. You will receive your registration code within minutes.

If you have changed email addresses or need the code to be sent to a different address, please contact us with your detailed purchase information.
