Hot Keys - Keyboard Shortcuts
This is a list of the most common keyboard shortcuts in Collection Studio.
| F1 | Open help window. |

| F2 | View/change information about currently selected item. |

| F6 | Switch keyboard focus between collection tree view and collection list view. |
|---|
| F10 | Set focus to the main menu of Collection Studio. |
|---|
| F11 | Toggle between full-screen and regular view of the main Collection List or Gallery. |
|---|
| F12 | Open Collection Studio settings window. |
|---|
| Ctrl + D | Duplicate collectible item's information into new entry. Automatically opens "Edit Collectible Item" window. |
|---|
| Ctrl + K | View / change comments for currently selected item. |
|---|
| Ctrl + L | Open URL link in the Web Browser. |
|---|
| Ctrl + N | Create a new Collection Studio document. |
|---|
| Ctrl + O | Open an existing Collection Studio document. |
|---|
| Ctrl + S | Save the active Collection Studio document. |
|---|
| Ctrl + P | Print the active view of the opened collection. |
|---|
| Ctrl + F | Search in the whole collection items that match search query. |
|---|
| Ctrl + 1 | Add new information entry about new Collectible Item in your collection. |

| Ctrl + 2 | Add new currency. |

| Ctrl + 3 | Add new country. |

| Ctrl + 4 | Add new quality level. |

| Ctrl + Del | Delete currently selected item. |

| Enter | View/change information about currently selected item. |

| Alt + F4 | Quit the application; prompts to save Collection Studio Document. |
